The game in question, Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing, is infamous for being one of the worst games to ever be physically sold, being broken and almost unplayable in multiple ways. Tim Rogers is known for his incredibly thorough, well-written and introspective reviews, and for those reasons I thought this would be funny.
